They plan to use wind energy on our coast to pump sea water into man made Fjords (lakes) which can be controlled by a set of dames. the man made lakes will store the water until we get a reduced wind supply, Once the wind drops off the gates of the dame are opened up to allow the water flow through generators to create a solid, guaranteed source of electrical energy.
